Must reflect a positive image of the United States of America Cannot have any official affiliation with a political party or support any movement considered to be political in nature. Organization must fall under one of the following categories: Community - local, state, or national reach within the USA Firefighters / Law Enforcement - homeland based Global - international reach Troops and Veterans - assisting / supporting troops, veterans, and/or family members Youth - local, state, or national reach within the USA
- Representative of the organization can only submit on its behalf.
